Bio

Ms. Surabhi Thatte is a first-degree graduate B.Tech (Hons.) and M.Tech in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indra Prastha University, Delhi. She qualified her UGC-NET in June-2012. She has published and presented 15 research papers in referred, index journal and conference proceedings at the International and National level. Her areas of research include Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Management and Deep Learning. She has also contributed in writing a chapter on Block-2 Secure Application Development-I, Published by Indra Gandhi National Open University, Delhi, 2018. She has also earned a degree of graduation in Bharatnatyam from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad. She has an innovative persona and holds various State Level and Zonal Level certificate of merit in Painting, Dancing, and Dramatics. She also got the privilege to meet Hon’ble President of India Dr A.P.J Abdul Kalam, at Rashtrapati Bhawan on account of World No Tobacco Day, 2003. She has contributed greatly with her active participation in various academic activities like designing syllabus, paper setting, examination, organizing cultural and technical events for students. She is also convener of Cultural Committee, member of IQAC, IACC, Alumni, Guest Lecture and Sports Committee. She is dedicated towards teaching and encouraging students to achieve the utmost understanding of the courses taught, along with personality development at large. Currently she is working as Assistant Professor with MITWPU at School of Computer Science
