Bio

Dr. Anuradha Kanade has awarded her Ph.D. from Savitribai Phule Pune University and M.Phil from BVDU, She has completed MCA and B.Sc. (Physics) from Shivaji University. Being enthusiastic and sincere she is highly focused on her work. She has more than 17 years of experience including 2 years of Industry and about 16 years of Academic experience. Her more than 18 research papers are published in various national, international journals and conferences, some of them are published in IEEE digital explorer. She has got about 80 citations for her papers. Her h-index is 3 and i10-index is 1. She has successfully completed the BCUD funded research project and authored two books. She is a BOS member of Vivekanand College, Kolhapur. Her research proposal was shortlisted in Avishkar at the state level in 2013,2014,2015, She invited many companies for placement and was involved in signing MOU with industry and worked as conference co-convener, coordinator for research methodology workshop, student competitions and events. Subjects viz. Discrete Mathematics, Probability, and Combinatorics, Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Theory of Computer Science, Research Methodology, Artificial Intelligence, etc. are taught by her to MCA, MBA(IT) students, and involved in all academic activities like teaching, examination, paper setting, moderation, syllabus setting, placement, event organizing, etc. Presently she is working as Assistant Professor at MITWPU in the Computer Science department. She motivates students to have active participation in the class and helps them to groom by providing guidance in many aspects. She is a member of professional bodies like ACM and IEEE.
